How to know and check the needs of your client
I know that when you start a new venture, the first desire that manifests itself is to produce income, but it is not enough to want it but to make it a reality with concrete facts. In order to generate more income you must know the needs of your customers and for this you must investigate and check if yes, I warn you that this will take around 2 hours but once you do you will see the big changes.
These are the steps to follow:
When you do not have contact with the client do the following:
1.- Identify your ideal client, for this you must create the person Buyer, this means creating a fictitious portrait of your ideal client, you must give it a full name, what it does day by day, what it likes in its free time, economic means, etc. If or if you must have identified which is your ideal client.
These are the data that you must include in the creation of your person Buyer:

Residence:
Education:
Language:
Marital status:
Verbal language:
Income:
Profession:
Leisure preferences:
Personal challenges:
Important people in your life:
Important people in your work:
History:
Objectives:
Current situation:
Media:
Information channels:
What can be offered to you:
2.- Look for problems that your client has, people tend to use Google to find solutions to their problem, they ask commonly in Yahoo, Facebook groups, etc. become a spy and investigate.
When you have contact with the client do the following
1.- Send a questionnaire to meet your needs prior to the meeting
2.- Without being invasive, study your client’s needs during the meeting
All the above will take time but once you do you can connect easier with the needs of your client, you will help solve their problems.
