What is seat-time tracking?
FREC requires that students spend a minimum amount of time on course material (50 minutes per credit hour). Our platform tracks your active learning time to ensure compliance. Idle time is not counted — you must be actively engaged with the material.
How does identity verification work?
During registration, you provide security questions. Periodically while studying, you'll be asked to verify your identity by answering these questions. This ensures the person studying is the registered student, as required by FREC regulations.
What happens after I pass the final exam?
Upon passing the final exam, a course completion certificate is generated immediately with a unique verification number. You can download the PDF certificate and use it to apply for your state licensing exam. Third parties can verify your certificate at any time using our online verification tool.
